Our client reached out after realising that his fence and retaining wall were at the stage that they needed to be replaced, at risk of falling over into the neighbour’s yard. They had already contacted numerous other construction companies without results, none wanting to take on the job due to concerns about danger from the sloped block.

 

M.O.S. Construction consulted with their engineer and designed a suitable retaining wall made from sturdy concrete sleepers which could take the weight of the earth from the other side, finishing it with brand new fencing on top for privacy.

 

While it was a very difficult job and required heavy equipment and a higher level of safety preparation, M.O.S. were able to get the work done within a reasonable timeframe, the customer was happy, and the neighbour was now safe. The photos for this job really speak for themselves!
