This homeowner reached out to us in late 2025 to see what could be done with his garden. He found the sloping garden to be messy and difficult to work in, and this was affecting the street appeal of his property. A fence on the property had partially collapsed, adding to the issues.

M.O.S. Wall Construction worked with the client to design a new two-tiered concrete sleeper retaining wall, which allowed the garden to stay on the top end and made it easier to maintain, while adding both dimension and dedicated uses to the front of the house.

For this job, six truck loads of dirt was removed, and the two tiers were then levelled before the concrete sleeper wall was installed. As a final touch, a Colorbond fence was put on top of the second tier of retaining wall to add some much-needed privacy. The client was thrilled with the finished result.
